These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tunelinx. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Tunelinx provides marketing tools for artists and rights holders, including pre-save pages, smart links, and artist pages (the “Service”).
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Tunelinx.
When you subscribe to a plan, billing starts immediately. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Proration will apply based on what you have already paid.
A valid payment method is required. If payment fails, your subscription may become inactive.
Affiliates receive a one-time discount on their first billing cycle: $2 for monthly plans and $5 for yearly plans. After that, standard pricing applies.
All content uploaded or created using Tunelinx (images, audio, text, links) is the sole responsibility of the user who provided it. Tunelinx does not claim ownership of your content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and processed.
When you create campaigns on Tunelinx (such as pre-save or smart link pages), fan data (including email addresses) may be collected through technical integrations (e.g. OAuth with streaming platforms) and made available to you in your dashboard.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Tunelinx is not responsible for any messages, campaigns, or communications you send using exported data.
If you use Tunelinx tools to send emails or notifications, you agree that:
You agree to indemnify Tunelinx against any claims, fines, or penalties resulting from your misuse of fan data or unlawful communications.
You are solely responsible for all content you create with Tunelinx. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful, including:
You are legally responsible for all content you upload.
You may not impersonate any person, brand, or organization or use trademarks without authorization. Fraud, phishing, or impersonation will result in immediate termination.
If you believe a page infringes your rights or is fraudulent, report it via the “Report this page” button or at https://tunelinx.io/report-abuse .
You may delete your account at any time in your settings.
Tunelinx may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse fan data, engage in fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.
Tunelinx provides the Service “as is.” We are not responsible for losses, claims, or damages resulting from your content, your campaigns, or your use of fan data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tunelinx after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Service between Tunelinx (“Processor”) and the Artist / Rights Holder / Customer (“Controller”).
Data Subjects: Fans and visitors interacting with campaigns.
Personal Data: Email address, name (if available), country, service identifiers, consent metadata.
Purpose:
Duration: For the duration of the campaign or until deleted by the Artist or data subject.
Tunelinx may use subprocessors (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment services). All subprocessors are bound by equivalent data protection obligations. A list is available upon request.
Tunelinx assists the Artist in responding to requests for access, deletion, correction, portability, objection, or restriction.
Tunelinx will notify the Artist without undue delay in case of a data breach and provide relevant information to meet legal obligations.
If data is transferred outside the EU or country of origin, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses will be used.
Upon termination, Tunelinx will delete or return all personal data unless legally required to retain it.
This DPA follows the governing law defined in the Terms of Service.
